How Does It Work?
Coaching Engagement
I like to work in 4 month intervals. This timeframe enables you to realize the results you are looking for. Although, you can expect to see change long before that!
We will setup a regular meeting schedule for the duration of our engagement. Our meetings will be 60 minute sessions every two weeks.
I'm also available for between-session support. This is for anything that may come up between scheduled calls. As your coach, I don't want you to feel stuck or alone!
