Meet Naomi, Leadership Coach

I know what it's like to spend years knowing how to lead teams but not fitting into the corporate culture.

Every management conversation I felt the gap between my beliefs and values. I tried to mold my natural abilities into my environment, only to feel frustrated.

I tried all sorts of things.

None of that grounded me in the authenticity I sought. I wasn't paying attention was my inner voice. My intuitive, guiding voice. Until I started listening and being honest with myself.

In my experience, we get stuck in one or all the following:

  • Following the beaten path.
  • Assuming others know better.
  • Not being honest with ourselves.
